“Thomas and I worked together to create a new body for me. After 8 auto crashes, I was not able to walk without excruciating pain most of the time (8 out of 12 months). Structural integration work is a partnership. The biggest thing I bring to our partnership is the desire and willingness to be healed. Thomas brings seasoned technical skill, and compassionate coaching to help me get the most out of the structural integration process. I noticed the changes in my body immediately after my first 10 session experience. My posture improved dramatically, back pain significantly diminished (5-6 days a year with tolerable pain), headaches went away. I can sit up taller - my head is square on top of my shoulders and neck, my legs are solidly under me. I am anchored. And the cool thing is that now I am able to recognize when I'm out of alignment. And better still - I know what to do to bring myself back into alignment.
